Video: BP Could Pay $60 Billion

When trying to get a handle on British Petroleum’s liability exposure, it’s always good to check in with stock analysts. They usually have a pretty good idea about these sorts of things. However, a recent video from Bloomberg shows just how difficult it is to nail down a firm number. There are so many unknown variables at this point – and since this is such a huge disaster with few events to compare it to – even the analysts are having trouble on this one. According to most Wall Streeters, the range is $30 to $60 billion.
