Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) – Kenneth Feinberg, who is responsible for compensating victims of BP Plc’s Gulf of Mexico oil spill, talks with Bloomberg’s Lizzie O’Leary about the rate and amount of emergency claim payments. The Gulf Coast Claims Facility that he runs has been faulted by residents and policy makers for the slow pace of payments and size of the checks. Feinberg also discusses his pay for running the organization.
