Everyone who wants to preserve the rights of individuals must get educated really quickly about how our welfare came to be so endangered by the 1%! They care nothing about individual rights or justice or the future of the earth. If we obstruct their path to ever greater riches, "we the people" are not their concern -- we're just collateral damage. But why don't our elected officials protect us, and what can we do to make them? How can it be that “the government” that is supported by, and supposed to serve us, the people, is so ready to be used by — even do the bidding of — the coal, oil and gas industries? Bob Swarts should argue that that the company is trying to supply people with services that they can get in any other way such as utilities to land owners and the company is not trying to decrease the cost of the gas the pipeline will carry. The gas company's only intent to to raise there own capital gains by taking land fraudulently by using the right of eminent domain and should be concerted criminal intent.
